Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

1. Services

We offer garden maintenance services such as strimming, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, and more. Services are booked based on photos provided and will be carried out as per the agreed quote.

2. Quotes & Payments

• All prices are agreed in advance based on photos.
• Payment is due immediately upon job completion (same-day payment).
• A late payment fee of £10/day may apply if payment is not received within 24 hours.

3. Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a job. Same-day cancellations may incur a charge.

4. Safety & Access

• Clients must ensure safe access to the garden or job area.
• We reserve the right to refuse a job if conditions are unsafe or drastically different from what was quoted.

5. Waste Disposal

Waste is either left in the client’s green bin or taken short distances in rubble bags. Any major waste removal is charged separately.

6. Photo Use

By agreeing to our service, you give GrassEdge permission to take before/after photos for marketing purposes (no personal data will be shown).

7. Liability

GrassEdge is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing hazards, poor access, or hidden debris. We take all care but accept no liability for structural issues outside our scope.
